=================================================

General rules:
- No drama: In case of a dispute or a suspicion of cheating, inform the organizer immediately. Do not attempt handling the situation personally.
- No cheating: Organizer will check match media against the submitted deck lists after the event. If you get caught cheating, the case will be escalated to Blizzard.
- Opponent no-show: If your opponent does not accept your challenge within 15 minutes of a round being started, please inform the organizer.
- Incorrect match result: If submitted match results are incorrect, please inform the organizer.
- Technical issues: Please inform the organizer.

Evidence collection:
- Screenshot duty: It is mandatory for all players to take screenshots of every VICTORY and DEFEAT screen. (iOS: Press Home and Power buttons concurrently / Android: Press Power and Volume Down buttons concurrently)
- You are encouraged to record your games if possible to simplify dispute handling.

Wrong deck:
- If you use a deck that has not been registered, your opponent gets a game win with the currently selected deck.
- If you use a deck that your opponent has banned, your opponent gets a game win with the currently selected deck.
- If you use a deck that you already won with during the current best-of-5 series, your opponent gets a game win with the currently selected deck.

Disconnect / HS Bug:
- It can feel hard to lose games because of disconnects, but these rules are the only way to fairly handle this scenario in an objective way.
- If a VICTORY screen is displayed for any reasons, that player gets the game win -- no discussions.
- If the game disconnects for both players simultaneously and no VICTORY screen is displayed, the game is to be repeated with the same decks.

Draws:
- If a game ends in a draw (e.g. Hellfire), the game counts as if both players lost the game. Both players may select a new deck for the next game.

Miscellaneous rules:
- Deck tracking tools are allowed.
- The top finisher will have to leave their personal details for submission to Blizzard (Full name, Address including country, BattleTag, Battle.net e-mail, Contact e-mail, Skype (if applicable), Phone number (optional)).
